About us

In the 1990s, Steve Kenville, one of the owners of Alarm Center envisioned a company that would cater to small to medium sized alarm companies as a monitoring station on a contract basis and fill the growing needs of an expanding market.

In 1995 that vision was realized with the founding of Central Dispatch, Inc., an alarm monitoring station serving the small and medium sized alarm companies. As one of Central Dispatch, Inc.'s abiding quality is its forward thinking together with rapidly developing technological advances in the Security Industry, it has helped these small and medium sized alarm companies grow their markets from the residential and commercial properties to now encompass educational institutions, major medical facilities, county, state and federal facilities.

Today, Central Dispatch has contracts with 70% of the alarm companies in the San Diego area. Operating all over the state of California today, Central Dispatch is a growing vision constantly looking towards the future of security monitoring.
